Yoga is a great physical activity that everyone can enjoy. The many benefits of yoga include: strengthening muscles, lowering blood pressure, reducing chronic pain, and improving flexibility, posture, sleep quality, and breathing. It is also a wonderful way to reduce anxiety and stress as it emphasizes the importance of being present in the moment by finding a sense of peace and relaxation.
Sessions are held once or twice a month. They are designed to create a welcoming and positive experience emphasizing the aspects of social, mental and physical health through meditation and Vinyasa flow.
