Welcome Hill Class of 2027!

Acceptance, Language, and Pathway Preference Form
To reserve your place in the Class of 2027, please complete this form no later than Friday, February 3, 2023 along with the non-refundable acceptance fee of $250.00.
In this form, new students will also indicate their Pathway Preference and which World Language course they would like to select.

Please note, students are able to switch Pathways one time in either 9th or 10th Grade.

Named Scholarship Applications
On January 19th, 2023, accepted students are invited to review applications for St. Joseph Hill Academy High School's named scholarships. If they determine they qualify based on the criteria set by each scholarship, they can move forward with the application process. Applications will be due on February 8, 2023. All recipients are notified on February 17, 2023 prior to the March 1, 2023 deadline for registration. 
The incoming Class of 2027 may apply to the following Named Scholarships:
  • The Costa Family Scholarship (1 recipient)
  • The Daughters of Divine Charity Scholarship (1 recipient)
  • The Sister M. Charlotte Gulban Memorial Scholarship (1 recipient)
  • Jeanine R. Khoury Scholarship (1 recipient)
  • Mary Alice Lucey O'Malley Scholarship (3 recipients)
  • The Sister M. William McGovern, F.D.C. Scholarship (1 recipient)
Eight (8) Named Scholarships will be awarded to incoming members of the Hill Class of 2027.

Tuition, Fees, and Financial Aid for 2023-2024

Important dates for financial aid applications for 2023-2024 are below.

Freshmen (Class of 2027) will be able to apply for financial aid between January 18-April 30, 2023.
  • If you would like to be considered for financial aid prior to the March 1, 2023 Registration Day, please complete the application by February 27, 2023.
  • If you are applying for Named Scholarships that require demonstrating financial need, you must complete the application by February 8, 2023.
  • All applicants that submit their applications between February 28th through April 30th will be notified by June 1, 2023.
Families of all Currently Enrolled Students will be able to apply for financial aid between January 15- April 30, 2023. To be considered for financial aid, the application and all supporting documentation must be submitted to FACTS by April 15th.

The documents needed to apply for Financial Aid through FACTS are:

    1. IRS Federal Income Tax Return, including all supporting schedules (both 2021 and 2022 will be accepted.)
    2. Copies of all the current year W-2 Wage and Tax Statements for both the applicant and co-applicant. NOTE: If you are applying before you have received all the current year W-2 Wage and Tax Statements, please submit them as soon as they become available.
