St. Joseph Hill High School sports are broken into three seasons, allowing students to participate in up to three sports a year without conflict. The program is comprised of fourteen sports.
In the fall, students may participate in Cheerleading, Cross Country, Soccer, Tennis, and Volleyball.
The winter sports include Basketball, Bowling, Indoor Track, and Swimming.
In the spring, students may compete in Flag Football Intramurals, Golf, Outdoor Track, Softball, and Lacrosse.
Due to Covid-19, New York State has authorized "low-risk" school sports like tennis, soccer, cross country, and swimming are allowed to play on September 21st.
