JV & Varsity Softball (Spring Season)

The SJHA Softball program is aiming to have both JV and Varsity teams. There will be workouts in the beginning of the school year and possible participation in a Fall softball league. Any students interested in trying out for softball are also encouraged to attend our winter workouts beginning in early January. These workouts include conditioning, fundamental skills training and a variety of drills that will help players develop both individual and team skills. Team selection and the official start of the season will start in early March. We participate in a fun, team bonding, spring training trip during Easter break.
