Director of Advancement/Development and Alumni Relations
We are proud to announce the appointment of Ms. Allison DiPerte as our new Director of Advancement/Development and Alumni Relations.
Ms. DiPerte joins St. Joseph Hill Academy with a strong record of success in fundraising, donor engagement, and alumni relations. She holds an M.S. in Nonprofit Management with a focus on strategic planning and organizational leadership, includes leading major campaigns, strengthening philanthropic partnerships, and building vibrant alumni communities that support the mission and long‑term sustainability of educational institutions.
In this role, Ms. DiPerte will oversee all advancement initiatives, including development strategy, donor stewardship, alumni programming, and community engagement. Working in close collaboration with Mrs. Lindsey Amato Minkoff, Director of Communication and Marketing, and Ms. Josephine Hill, Advancement and Alumni Relations Associate, their vision, experience and dedication to the educational mission will play a key role in advancing and supporting the legacy of St. Joseph Hill Academy begun by the Daughters of Divine Charity into the future for the students and families of Staten Island.
Facilities Manager
We are delighted to welcome Mr. Neaquon Gomez as our new Facilities Manager who began his new position this week on February 23, 2026. Mr. Gomez has extensive experience in facilities operations, campus maintenance, and project management across complex educational or institutional environments. His expertise in overseeing building systems, coordinating and ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming campus.
In this role, Mr. Gomez will collaboratively work together with his team in all aspects of our day to day operations and safety. We look forward to the positive impact his leadership will bring our St. Joseph Hill Community.
