Special Olympics New York 15th annual Staten Island Polar Plunge

To our Hill Polar Plungers, you are awesome!! Hilltoppers raised over $13,000 (!!) and they are still counting. Thanks to all who came out to take the plunge, volunteer and cheer everyone on. It was a great day at the Special Olympics New York 15th annual Staten Island Polar Plunge.

HELM Institute kicks off its first panel in lecture series

St. Joseph Hill Academy High School, in partnership with Staten Island University Hospital/Northwell Health, is proud to announce HELM, Hill's Educational Leadership in Medicine Institute, which began this Fall. Seeking to be at the helm of healthcare education, preparation and partnership, this Career Institute for Women in Healthcare will provide an opportunity for SJHA students 16 years and older to explore the world of healthcare in real time by becoming immersed in the day-to-day activities of healthcare professionals.

141 Students in the Hill Class of 2021 Graduate!

The Hill High School Class of 2021 was 141 in size, the largest in school’s history. Their accomplishments are numerous, including amassing $59.2 million in academic scholarships and receiving 213 unique college and university acceptances. We recognized the 2021 Valedictorian, Thea Akhrass, and Salutatorian, Michelle Chen. The Alumna Commencement Address was delivered by Ms. Jeanine R. Khoury, '78.
