Therefore, on Sunday, October 7th, CKO Kickboxing will be holding a class to help raise money for Hill's new competition team. This instructor led class is open to anyone and is appropriate for all ability and experience levels.
The price of the class is $30 and it will include all the required equipment. The class will be held from 12:00 - 12:45.
