St. Joseph Hill Academy High School, a college-preparatory Catholic school for young women, is seeking a dynamic and experienced part-time Business teacher starting in the 2026–2027 academic year.

This is an ideal opportunity for a professional with real-world business experience who is passionate about mentoring and inspiring high school students. The successful candidate will teach a business-focused course to juniors and seniors, integrating foundational concepts in:
Business principles
Introductory accounting
Marketing
Finance

The position involves teaching one class period per day, approximately three days per week.

Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver an engaging, practical business curriculum
Incorporate real-world applications and case studies
Foster critical thinking, financial literacy, and entrepreneurial mindset
Build strong relationships with students and contribute to a positive classroom environment
Collaborate with administration on potential future course development, including AP-level Business offerings

Preferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
Significant professional experience in the business world (retired or transitioning professionals encouraged to apply)
Teaching experience at the high school or college level is a plus, but not required
Strong communication skills and a passion for working with high school students
