Ms. Deuble Hill has established herself as a formidable force in the entertainment industry as a Partner at IAG, the 4th largest talent agency in Hollywood, where she serves as Senior Vice-President of the Scripted Literary and Media Rights department.
After graduating from St. Joseph Hill Academy, Ms. Deuble Hill continued her education at NYU's prestigious Tisch School of the Arts before relocating to Los Angeles. Her remarkable career trajectory includes working at Premiere Artists Agency and co-founding the literary department at Don Buchwald & Associates before joining IAG in 2006.
Affectionately known as the "Swiss Army Knife" of IAG for her versatility across Film, TV, and Talent & Music departments, Ms. Deuble Hill has been instrumental in bringing numerous bestselling books to screen. Her client roster includes Entangled Publishing, the largest 100% women-owned independent publisher for female fiction.
The past year has been particularly noteworthy in Ms. Deuble Hill's career, earning her a spot on Variety's prestigious Power Women of Hollywood Impact List in 2024.
Throughout her career, Ms. Deuble Hill has been involved with many successful projects including the “John Wick” franchise, “The Alienist,” “Nimona," "The Fourth Wing," “Reservation Dogs” and "Virgin River."
