St. Joseph Hill Academy High School's Athletics Department is excited to welcome 6th through 8th Grade Girls to our annual Athletics Open House. You will have the opportunity to meet with team representatives, including coaches and current players. You will hear directly from our Athletic Director, Mrs. Lisa Bifalco, and you will meet our Assistant Athletic Director, Ms. Danielle Del Bove.
You will explore 15 sports across three seasons and discover where your talents shine:
- FALL SEASON: Cheer, Cross Country, Soccer, Swim, Tennis, and Volleyball.
- WINTER SEASON: Archery, Basketball, Bowling, Cheer, Swim, and Indoor Track.
- SPRING SEASON: Flag Football, Golf, Lacrosse, Outdoor Track and Field, and Softball.
You will be inspired by our coaches and current student-athletes who are there to share their experiences. You will hear from a student athlete who plans to sign a letter of intent to play Division I, II, or III sports in college – showing you that yes, you will have the opportunity to continue your athletic career beyond Hill.
Up to two parents/guardians are welcome to accompany you to this special evening in Hill's Lower Gym.

8th Grade Shadowing - You Will Experience (Sept-Nov)
Yes, you will thrive in high school. Yes, you will find her place. Yes, you will succeed.
We're excited to invite you to our "You Will Shadow Experience" – a one-on-one program where you'll spend the day with a current 9th or 10th grade Hill student. This is your opportunity to see firsthand that yes, you will love high school life here.
During your shadow day, you will attend classes, meet inspiring teachers, and connect with older students who were in your shoes just one or two years ago. You will gain valuable insights into daily high school routines, discover academic opportunities that excite you, and explore extracurricular activities that match your interests. Most importantly, you will build confidence knowing that your future transition will be supported every step of the way.
Yes, you will be ready. Yes, you will belong here. Yes, you will become a Hilltopper.

Please note:
- Please be sure to include your daughter's full name in the line where it is required. We sometimes have parents that include their own name and we want to ensure there is no confusion when your daughter is welcomed here.
Information on Dates:
- If you sign up for a shadowing date between September 16th through 26th you will only be able to shadow a current Sophomore (10th Grade) Student as we need to give the Freshmen time to adjust to high school.
- October 21st- Sophomores will be on retreat. If you would like to request to shadow a sophomore you should not select this date.
- October 31st- We will have an abbreviated schedule with a special Halloween event in the afternoon known as the "Harvest Happening."
- November 6th- Freshmen will be on retreat. If you would like to request to shadow a freshman you should not select this date.
Incoming 9th Grader Application Process
Step 2: Attend our Admissions Events in the Fall 2025. We offer one-on-one shadowing days for 8th graders, an Athletic Open House, and a Fall Open House, providing you with various opportunities to truly experience what it means to be a Hilltopper. Throughout these opportunities you will be able to:
- Get to know our students and the close bond they form with each other across grade levels.
- Begin exploring which academic Pathway, STEM or Humanities, you would like to be on when you are a Hilltopper. You can learn about the Pathways and our academic program of study here.
- Meet and practice with many of our sports teams and coaches.
- Learn about our vibrant student life filled with after school clubs, student government, Hill TV, Kairos, service activities, and so much more.
Step 4: Take the TACHS Exam on Friday, November 7, 2025 and make sure Hill is listed as one of your top choices (223 is the code).
Students will receive Catholic high school admissions letters in January 2026. We encourage all accepted students to attend our annual Accepted Students' Night in late January.
