Girls Learn International

Girls Learn International (GLI) empowers girls to address obstacles facing young women around the world and seek solutions to these obstacles. The girls of GLI get creative to fundraise in order to make the lives of young women around the globe a little easier. 

 

GLI members Kayleigh Nelson and Adriana Ndokaj were selected as New York delegates by Girls Learn International to attend the 67th UN Commission on the Status of Women in Spring 2023. Congratulations to Kayleigh and Adriana for winning the nationwide application process and earning this prestigious honor! They shared a bit of their personal experience with us. Adriana: "My favorite part about the CSW is definitely the diversity. I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to be able to hear the experiences of so many different people from all around the world!" Kayleigh: "I think it's really amazing to be able to be present while government delegates are discussing feminism, a topic that is so close to my heart."
